The line produces monofilaments for 3D printers and layout machines. The line is built on two pre-assembled platforms, includes all the components and accessories necessary for full operation. The maximum capacity is 18-28 kg/h.

Acceptance and training at the manufacturing plant, testing of the customer's raw materials. Warranty: 12 months from the date of signing the test certificate at the factory.

Horizontal type, body made of welded cast iron, processed on CNC machines

  • Cylinder and screw are made of nitrided steel LK 3, screw diameter 30 mm; L/D 28
  • Screw for processing PP, PE, PET, PLA and analogues. Raw materials in granules (our machine can process materials up to 400 C°)
