Our Company is an Italian company that has been producing equipment for the extrusion of plastic materials since 1963. Its main office is located in Camerano, in the Marche region. Constant investments in innovative technologies and the support of highly qualified employees have allowed the company to grow significantly over the past decades. Therefore, it is one of the leaders in the Italian and foreign markets, especially in Germany.

Thanks to constant research and growth in the field, our company produces extrusion equipment with high productivity and speed while meeting the requirements for the quality of the final product with an optimal level of aesthetics and compliance with the required nominal measures. Our company's clients are specialists in various fields of plastics applications, such as furniture, lamps, automotive, construction, electrical industry, household appliances, refrigeration, lighting, agriculture, animal husbandry, etc.

Our Company is also engaged in the study and deepening of technopolymers, i.e. new materials with special characteristics that replace traditional materials. Research and experimentation led to successful results and allowed the company to specialize in the production of equipment for the extrusion of rice fiber polymers. This category also includes the following materials: WPC, PC, PA with and without fiberglass. Mold design is handled by our technical department, which supports customers in the development of the final product, starting with a preliminary drawing or sample. Our Company uses high-precision computerized equipment and provides mechanical treatments of the highest quality and efficiency.

The equipment is manufactured using the highest quality materials, such as stainless steel 2316, Stavax, Royalloy, Corrax and Moldmax. Every detail is designed and manufactured inside the company itself with special care.

Since excellent testing is necessary in order to achieve quality products, our Company has a one-piece department with 5 extrusion lines with a capacity from 1 to 350 kg/hour, 4 co-extruders and a complete testing facility for special materials such as PA 66 with fiberglass and gear hydraulic machine. This allows our company to test equipment in conditions very similar to those of production.
